Privacy Policy

How Artem Tracker and its official browser extension handle the data you entrust to us.

This Policy governs the website artemtracker.io and the official Artem Tracker browser extension (collectively, the “Service”). Our operating principle is narrow by design: we collect only what is strictly required to authenticate you and execute the trades you instruct, and we share none of it with third parties.

Information we process

The Service relies on the following information, and nothing more:

Account session. A short-lived session credential is issued when you sign in and used to recognise your requests on later visits.
User preferences. Your wallet groupings, saved trading stances, keybinds and visual theme are stored with your account so they persist across devices.
Trading intent. The tokens you interact with and the parameters you explicitly set (amount, slippage, priority fee, anti-MEV toggle) are processed server-side to execute the orders you initiate from the interface.
Contextual page URL. On the trading venues listed in the extension's permissions, the page you are viewing is read locally in the browser to decide whether the trading overlay should render. It is not persisted and never leaves the extension on unsupported sites.

Information we do not collect

No personally identifiable information (legal name, postal address, phone number, identity documents).
No geolocation data, coarse or precise.
No personal communications, emails, files or media.
No general browsing history outside the trading venues listed in the extension's permissions.

Custody of private keys

Private keys for wallets managed through the Service are never exposed to the browser or to the extension. They are encrypted at rest on our servers with strong cryptography and are used only to sign a transaction that you have explicitly requested from the interface; the plaintext is discarded immediately after signing.

In practice: when you press “Buy”, the client forwards the intent (amount, token, source wallet) to our backend. The backend signs the transaction, broadcasts it to the Solana network, and returns only the signature. No key material ever traverses the wire in the clear and no key ever reaches the client.

Third parties and data recipients

The Service communicates with two categories of recipients only:

Artem Tracker servers — the authenticated backend that handles your session, preferences and order execution.
Public Solana RPC endpoints — used exclusively to broadcast signed transactions to the network.

No data is sold, leased or disclosed to third parties for advertising, profiling, analytics or any commercial purpose unrelated to operating the Service. We do not integrate any external tracking or analytics product (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Segment or equivalents).

No remote code — fully inspectable

The extension runs only the scripts shipped inside its installable package; nothing is downloaded or evaluated from an external source at runtime. Because Chrome extensions are distributed as readable bundles, any user or security auditor can unpack the installed folder on their own machine and read every line of code we execute. Transparency isn’t a promise, it’s a property of how the extension ships.

Data retention and deletion

Preferences are retained for the lifetime of the associated account. You may end processing at any time:

Uninstalling the extension removes its local cache on that device.
A written request to contact@artemtracker.io or via discord.gg/ZjHzZewkud triggers server-side deletion of your account and associated records. We complete such requests within seven (7) calendar days and confirm by reply.

Governing law and user rights

Artem Tracker operates from the European Union and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). As a data subject, you are entitled to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of data relating to you; to restrict or object to processing; and to obtain portability of your records. Requests are handled by our operator at contact@artemtracker.io.

Revisions

Material changes to this Policy are announced on discord.gg/ZjHzZewkud at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. The version currently in force is the one hosted at this URL, dated at the top of the page.
